About Us

Global Stewardship is a two-year program out of Capilano University in North Vancouver, that focuses on international development. Part of the curriculum involves a Service Learning and Public Engagement component, during which students work with non-profits or non-governmental organizations.

Students have the opportunity to journal reflections on their experiences in the volunteer opportunity on their personal blogs, and this blog serves as a place where you can find connections to their blogs, as well as place for discussion both between the students and alumnus from the program, and for readers.

Global Stewardship blogs

Gradually, more and more students in the program will develop ways through which they wish to express themselves. If that form happens to be in the blogging style, or some other form on online content, links to those websites will be provided on this website.

We encourage conversation, communication, and connections!

If you are a GStew, let me know so that I can configure the settings so that you, too, can post on this blog.
